Anorexia Nervosa, which is one of the eating disorders characterized by refusing to stay at even the minimum body weight that is normal for age and height or an intense fear of gaining weight in spite of being underweight, has a higher incidence in female adolescents around their mid-twenties. It usually starts with exerting voluntary restrictions in eating, but obsessive- compulsive behaviors and anxiety are also commonly found in anorexic patients. This is a case report on the diagnosis and treatment of an anorexic patient.
