Introduction: This investigation designed to determine the value system and the relation between their value system and employed years in women that works in Sepah.Method: Six hundred and sixty two women that work in Sepah were selected randomly from ten state of Iran. The Lotfabadi’s value system Questionnaire were given to participants and asked them to complete them. The data collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics and variance analyzes of two variables.Results: the preference sequence in values in this study was: religious values, national values, social values, family values, scientific values, art values personal values, diplomatic values globalization value. The results demonstrate that the religious value is the higher value and the globalization value is lower value than other values in this sample.Conclusion: In all age groups the religious value placed in top of values and globalization placed in lower part of table. In married persons the family values placed upper than unmarried persons.
