Introduction: Motivation in Hospitals, Certainaly has an important affairs ‎nursing Units to be in need of careful methods on seschon nurse staff to ‎have a motivated manpower with by unilization of the percepation of Y ‎theory at Invironment of Work by supervisor to bring out development of ‎area of work by utilization of the perception of X theory, to caused of ‎decrasing of motivation & absentice , … .Methods: The study was a.cross-sectional. Supervisor working at ‎Bagiyatallah(a.s) Hospital comprised The study population. The data was ‎Colected by questionair. Data analysis was carried out desciptive and ‎analytical statics by vsing X2- test‎.Results: The finding of the study showed that attittue of male as comared ‎with female on perception of X theory was Positive. Superviser with 16 ‎record of service, has affirmative attittue on perception of X theory.Conclusion: Supervisor focuse of Pereption of X&Y Theory has an ‎affirmative attittue, but important factor such as sex, gender, record of ‎services , … have been effected on this attittue.‎
