Confirmatory factor analysis χ2/df, GFI, AGFI, CFI, AIC and RMSEA indices suggest that five-factor model fit data little more than four-factor model. Also the finding showed social well-being dimensions were positively correlated with happiness and self-efficacy and negatively with difficulties in interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and stress. Finally result showed factors Chronbach alpha vary between 0.41 and 0.63 and it was 0.81 for total questionnaire items. Conclusion: Findings corroborate five-factor model of social-well being suggested by Keyes, which imply construct validity of this instrument. Also finding suggest that the social well-being questionnaire has convergent validity and its reliability is good for total but not for factors.https://www.behavsci.ir/article_67854_1da3e2790ab3072752861a2ec671f28e.pdfBaqiyatallah University of Medical SciencesInternational Journal of Behavioral Sciences2322-11948120140501The effect of Emotion-Regulation skills training on quality of life increase among female anxious school students in Ardabil212767855ENPooneh BateniUN of Payame NoorJournal Article20150308Introduction: This research was aimed to investigate the effect of Emotion-Regulation skills training on quality of life increase among female anxious school students in Ardabil city.Method: The statistical population of this study comprised all female students of Ardabil city which 50 people were selected by using random sampling and assigned randomly in two groups (experimental and control). All subjects filled out whole items of Beck Anxiety Inventory and short form of life quality (SF-36) prior to and after the intervention. Gratz and Gunderson emotion regulation method was taught to anxious students in 13 session. Data was analysed with MANOVA method. Results: Results revealed that the training of emotion regulation skills improved the quality of life by reforming people's unreasonable belief and illogical behaviours, also cognition the emotions and adjust them by means of increasing the positive emotions and decreasing the negative ones. Conclusion: The training of Emotion-Regulation skills can improve the quality of life among female anxious school students.https://www.behavsci.ir/article_67855_3cd747fc25ff8cd3e2ea590e173d7671.pdfBaqiyatallah University of Medical SciencesInternational Journal of Behavioral Sciences2322-11948120140501Prediction marital satisfaction according to the emotional & spiritual intelligences293567856ENMojtaba SatkinBehavioral Sciences Research center, Baqiyatallah University Of Medical sciences, Tehran , IranJournal Article20150308Introduction: The current research predicts marital satisfaction based on spiritual intelligences & emotional intelligences.Method: This research is a kind of correlation study. The research universe includes all married people who came to health home in 8&18 regions and aged between 20-50, also they were married for more than 2 years,(n=117) as research sample selected whit available sampling. The useful tools to perform this research were: EQ inventory(Bar-on), SQ inventory(Naseri), marital satisfaction inventory(ENRICH). To analyse the gained data, the coefficients of correlation are applied& to approve or disapprove zero assumption we used multivariate anakitic test& variance analysis. Results: The findings indicate that spiritual intelligences, predicts changes of marital satisfaction is 10/1%. Also among the basic elements of spiritual intelligences, patience can predict changes of marital satisfaction is 13/5%. emotional intelligences, predicts changes of marital satisfaction is 21/4 %. among the main elements of emotional intelligences, general vision predict changes of marital satisfaction is 25/9 %.Conclusion: It seems that the marital satisfaction have a wide impact on future relationships and strengthening family using a similar studies can be taken in this direction.https://www.behavsci.ir/article_67856_aaa251694fe111dcbb2d778e093d5e8e.pdfBaqiyatallah University of Medical SciencesInternational Journal of Behavioral Sciences2322-11948120140501The structural relation between personality traits, self-efficiency beliefs and subjective well-being among staff of Universities of Guilan374567857ENPouran SouratiAstara brabch, Islamic Azad UniversityJournal Article20150308Introduction: Subjective wellbeing, as one of the indicators of quality of life, has a pivotal role in achievement of success and increasing desirable behaviours, therefore studying it in different societies is of the great importance. So, 24 mothers whose children had been diagnosed as ADHD were chosen through at-hand sampling and were matched in two groups of experimental and control. The research instruments were consisted of parenting style scale, Beck’s depression scale, and Conners’ parents rating scale for ADHD. Parents’ behavioral training was executed in nine 90-minutes sessions in experimental group. The two groups, finally, completed the scales as post-test. The data was analyzed through ANCOVA.Result: The results showed the influence of experimental procedure on lowering the mothers ‘authoritative and neglectful parenting practices scores and raising their authoritarian parenting style scores. The study also showed the influence of experimental procedure on decreasing parents’ depression in experimental group. Conclusion: The results totally showed that behavioral training to mothers improves their parenting style and prevents rising confusion in parent-child relationships and also emotional problems in mothers of children with ADHD.https://www.behavsci.ir/article_67858_a334bf0d3d47d90bc956e3efc53a742b.pdfBaqiyatallah University of Medical SciencesInternational Journal of Behavioral Sciences2322-11948120140501Comparing early maladaptive Schemas and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies in patients With Coronary Heart Diseases and healthy controls.556367859ENFarzaneh AhmadiJournal Article20150308Introduction: This study Comparing early maladaptive schemas, cognitive emotion regulation strategies, patients with Coronary Heart Diseases and healthy controls.Method: For this purpose, 60 subjects (30 patients with coronary Heart disease and 30 healthy subjects) in Qom were referred to The SHahid Beheshti Hospital and Nuclear Medicine sampling were selected.
