Neuroticism had a positive correlation with both behavioral inhibition system and fight/flight system. The present study aimed at gathering preliminary data on the relationship between stress and job satisfaction among military pilots, so determine to what extent military pilots suffering from job satisfaction.Methods: This study was cross- sectional in design and used survey methodology. The survey was offered to 89 military pilots. Subjects completed a Questionnaire with 32-item on Aviation Stress and short form of Minnesota job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ).Results: Results indicated that %33.7 pilots who had mild stress, %48.3 pilots who exhibited moderate stress, and only, %13.5 pilots who indicated high stress. The stresses in pilots rating so: life stress, organizational stress, flight environmental stress and task-based stress. The correlation between job satisfactions and life stress was (-0/53), with organizational stress (-0/38), with flight environmental stress (-0/25), with task-based stressors (-0/23), and finally correlation between job satisfaction with flying hours was (-0/22).Discussion: At this time when our military pilots have the least flights and spend most of their time idly, having no schedule can increase their stress, as well. Therefore, it is essential to provide them with some training, informing, evaluating and other psychological services, especially life skills and organizational skills. This investigation designed to study the relation between job stress and job satisfaction in Sepah personnel.Methods: The method of the study was descriptive and cross sectional. One hundred and forty six personnel were selected randomly from Sepah in Iran. The “JDI” (Job Descriptive Index) and “Osipow’s job stress questionnaire” were given to participants and asked them to complete them. The data collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics and correlation coefficient of two variables.Results: The results demonstrate there is a significant relation between job stress and job satisfaction, boss satisfaction, and salary satisfaction. And also there is a significant relation between job satisfaction and total stress.Conclusion: By evaluating the results of different factors, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between stress and job satisfaction, being satisfied with one’s superior at work and with income. MolayeeJournal Article20150308Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare in a clinical sample that subjects with obsessive-compulsive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder on certain task of Executive functioning.Method: the clinical characteristics and neuropsychological performance of adults with OCD (n=22), fulfilling DSM-IV criteria for OCD and control groups including Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and normal subjects, each group comprising 22 subjects matched for age, gender, level of education, marital status, were evaluated on BAI,BDI II, Y-BOCS, Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST).Results: In comparison, OCD subjects differed significantly and more poorly from control groups on the Wisconsin card sorting test. The present study is focused on the girl adolescents’ behavioral problems.Methods: The sample included 1879 girls with a range age of 11-21 years. Participants were randomly selected from 10 provinces in Iran. The instruments comprised of a teacher-made questionnaire concerns the behavioral problems of adolescents related to their parents, education, peers, and social domains. The statistical population of this research includes 100 nurses who work in critical care units. Study tools were prepared in the basis of the standard questionnaires of Hers berg theory .The collected data were analyzed by spss 11.0 program and using chi square and fisher test.Results: The results showed that nature of work was the most effective factor (52%) and responsibility was low (34%) in internal factors .In external factors supervising (51%) was the most effective factor and salarity (29%) was the low.Conclusion: Internal factors were more efficient than external factors in nursing motivation. SCL- 90- R and Body Image concern Inventory were used to collect data. It usually starts with exerting voluntary restrictions in eating, but obsessive- compulsive behaviors and anxiety are also commonly found in anorexic patients.
