All of the patients completed "Psychological File Questionnaire" that assesses Traps, Dilemmas and Snags.Results: The findings of this study show significant differences between three groups of therapy. CAT with medication has significant effect on reduction of Traps, Dilemmas and Snags compare to CT with medication and medication alone.Conclusion: According to previous research, the result of this study shows significant effects of CAT with medication on reduction of emotional liability, impulsivity and social instability in bipolar II disorder.
